The ongoing benefits of the OCC solutions to OCC members and the profession as a whole are clear. This is a self-perpetuating model.

• A group of self selected OCC members form a project group of core e.g. the AML Core group and the Risk Management Course Group.
• The Core Group determines exactly what online training content and tools they need.
• The development fees are shared equally by the Core Group firms
• The courses and or tools are then marketed to other OCC firms and non-OCC firms.
• The other OCC firms know that if they license an OCC product they are getting a high quality solution, developed by leading firms for leading firms.
• The License fees are used to pay the marketing, maintenance and support costs and a percentage contribution is made to that Core Group’s Development Fund
• The Development Fund is used to pay for or subsidise the next new courses or tools.
