One of the key benefits of online training is the ease with which to track compliance. The OCC learning management system has the ability to deploy, manage, track and report on usage, scores and completion across multiple courses, in an efficient and user-friendly manner.

The specifications for the OCC Learning Management System were gathered directly from the OCC members. As a result, OCC members now have use of a custom designed learning management system specifically built by and for larger law firms.

As firms are now using the LLMS regularly as core compliance and training management tool additional specifications are collated. Current developments include a fully featured multinational CPD points tracking and notification tool, a classroom training notification and booking and tracking tool as well as Active Directory and other HR integration tools.

The development costs and ongoing support costs are shared by OCC members

This is the first LMS that has been designed by larger law firms for law firms and is quickly becoming “the de facto standard LMS for the legal profession”.
